How to contact us
The preferred way to contact us is by email. If you have a question or issue for which email is inappropriate, or a series of questions where a conversation would be more productive than multiple emails being exchanged, you may call us. During working hours (roughly 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM and 1:30 to 6:00 PM Pacific Time), you can expect to talk with a person, not go into phone jail.
If you are soliciting something, the conversation may be brief and/or end abruptly, even if you're not a recording.
