Keyestudio Mega 2560 is open-source hardware compatible with the Arduino Mega 2560. The microcontroller is a 2560 using a 16 MHz clock crystal.
It includes the 15-inch USB 2.0 Type A to Type B cable, as shown.
It also comes with MIRTOS already installed.
